# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Lightly butter or spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and set aside to cool slightly.
02 - In a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, brown and crumble the sausage until fully cooked with no pink remaining. Drain on paper towels using a slotted spoon.
03 - Combine pancake mix, water, and 1/4 cup maple syrup in a large bowl. Stir gently until just combined to avoid toughness.
04 - Fold shredded cheddar cheese and cooked sausage into the batter until evenly distributed.
