→ Sauce

05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
07 - 3/4 cup heavy cream
08 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
10 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
11 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
12 - 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped, packed in oil

→ Garnish

13 - Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden and cooked halfway through. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
03 - Reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
04 - Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits at the bottom of the pan.
05 - Stir in heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, dried thyme, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
06 - Return seared chicken breasts to the skillet. Spoon the sauce over the chicken. Cover and simmer on low for 10 to 15 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) and sauce is thickened.
07 - Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Allow seared chicken to rest briefly before returning to the sauce for optimal juiciness.
