08 - 60 grams unsalted butter, divided
09 - 225 grams sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
10 - 225 grams medium cheddar cheese, freshly grated

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Place the uncooked pasta, water, half of the butter (30 grams), ground mustard, garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon salt into the Instant Pot. Stir gently to mix all ingredients.
02 - Secure the lid and select the manual setting. Cook at high pressure for 4 minutes. Perform a quick pressure release once the time is complete and carefully remove the lid.
03 - Pour in the milk and stir to combine. Gradually add cheese in three increments, stirring until fully melted before adding the next portion.
04 - Add the remaining butter (30 grams) and stir until completely melted and integrated. Season with black pepper and additional salt if desired. Allow the mixture to thicken slightly before serving warm.
