Low-Carb Creamy Blackberry Soda (Printable Version)

# Ingredients Required:

→ Blackberry Syrup

01 - 240 g fresh or frozen blackberries
02 - 240 ml water
03 - 213 g allulose

→ Italian Soda

04 - 30 ml blackberry syrup
05 - 120 ml sparkling water
06 - 60 ml heavy cream or coconut cream

→ Garnish

07 - fresh blackberries
08 - fresh mint leaves

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine blackberries, water, and allulose in a saucepan.
02 - Bring to a simmer and cook until blackberries soften and mixture thickens, about 15 minutes.
03 - Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds, reserving the syrup.
04 - In a glass, combine 30 ml of blackberry syrup with 120 ml sparkling water.
05 - Top the soda with 60 ml heavy cream or coconut cream.
06 - Garnish with fresh blackberries and mint leaves before serving.

# Extra Suggestions:
