# Ingredients Required:

01 - 2 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips

06 - 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
07 - 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Wash, peel, and cut russet potatoes into thin, even strips.
02 - Pour vegetable oil into a deep pan and heat to 175°C.
03 - Fry the potato strips in batches for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
04 - Remove fries using a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
05 - While fries are hot, evenly sprinkle Creole seasoning and toss to coat.
06 - Transfer fries to a serving platter and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese to melt slightly.
07 - Distribute crumbled bacon, green onions, and diced jalapeños evenly over the fries.
