→ Seasonings

03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Cheese and Dairy

07 - 168 grams shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 120 ml sour cream

→ Toppings

09 - 60 ml diced red onion
10 - 60 ml chopped tomatoes
11 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or green onions

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 425°F (220°C) to achieve an even, high temperature for crisping the fries.
02 - Arrange fries in a single layer on a sheet pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crisp.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until beef is fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
04 - Transfer baked fries to an oven-safe dish. Evenly sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over fries, then distribute the cooked beef mixture on top.
05 - Return the dish to the oven and bake for 5 minutes until cheese is fully melted.
06 - Drizzle sour cream over the hot fries. Sprinkle diced red onion, chopped tomatoes, and parsley or green onions on top.
07 - Present loaded cheese fries while hot for optimal flavor and texture.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Using frozen fries simplifies preparation, but fresh-cut potatoes provide a more authentic flavor.
