07 - 50 grams grated pear or apple

08 - 30 grams chopped green onions
09 - 150 grams assorted vegetables (carrots, onions, mushrooms)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and grated pear or apple in a bowl.
02 - Add thinly sliced beef to the marinade and refrigerate for 45 minutes to 1 hour for optimal flavor infusion.
