Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and green peppers, sauté until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.

Stir in taco seasoning and drained green chiles. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to blend flavors.

In a baking dish, layer tortillas, then spread a portion of the beef mixture evenly on top. Pour half of the cooking cream over the beef layer. Sprinkle a third of the shredded cheese. Repeat layers, finishing with cheese on top.

Preheat oven to 175°C. Bake the assembled dish for 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
