# Ingredients Required:

→ Tortillas

01 - 8-10 keto corn tortillas

→ Meat and Vegetables

02 - 450 grams ground beef (10% fat)
03 - 120 ml diced onion
04 - 120 ml diced green pepper

→ Seasoning and Liquids

05 - 15 ml olive oil
06 - 15 ml taco seasoning (chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, red pepper flakes)
07 - 60 grams canned green chiles (drained, approximately half a 120 gram can)
08 - 240 ml full fat cooking cream

→ Cheese and Garnish

09 - 200 grams shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
10 - 120 ml chopped green onions

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - If making keto tortillas from scratch, prepare them first following your preferred method; otherwise, proceed to the next step.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and green peppers, sauté until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
03 - Stir in taco seasoning and drained green chiles. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to blend flavors.
04 - In a baking dish, layer tortillas, then spread a portion of the beef mixture evenly on top. Pour half of the cooking cream over the beef layer. Sprinkle a third of the shredded cheese. Repeat layers, finishing with cheese on top.
05 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Bake the assembled dish for 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
06 - Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top and serve warm.
