# Ingredients Required:

→ Meat and Cheese

01 - 454 g ground beef
02 - 454 g ground pork
03 - 120 g shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 60 g shredded cheddar cheese

→ Dry Ingredients and Seasonings

07 - 30 g almond flour
08 - 5 ml garlic powder
09 - 5 ml onion powder
10 - 5 ml Italian seasoning
11 - 2.5 ml salt
12 - 2.5 ml black pepper

→ Sauce

13 - 480 ml low sugar marinara sauce

→ Garnish

14 - Fresh basil leaves to taste

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
03 - Form the mixture into meatballs approximately 2.5 cm in diameter and arrange on a baking sheet.
04 - Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until fully cooked and browned.
05 - While meatballs bake, heat marinara sauce in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through.
06 - Remove meatballs from the oven and gently coat them in the warmed marinara sauce in the skillet.
07 - Transfer the meatball and sauce mixture into a baking dish, spreading evenly.
08 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the meatball mixture.
09 - Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
10 - Remove from oven, let sit for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh basil before serving.
