# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 0.5 teaspoon fine salt
02 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
03 - 120 grams blanched almond flour

→ Cheese Mixture

04 - 28 grams cream cheese
05 - 170 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Additional

06 - 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning blend
07 - 2 eggs, separated

# How to Make It:

01 - Let them chill on the tray for about 5 minutes before you dig in.
02 - Pour on lots of everything bagel seasoning and bake until they're golden anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes.
03 - Set the shaped bagels onto your sheet. Whisk the other egg and brush over the tops.
04 - Split the dough into four. Pat them into rounds and poke a hole in the middle for that bagel look.
05 - Stir the dry stuff into the eggy cheese mix. Keep going until it comes together into a dough ball.
06 - Crack one egg into the warm cheese and stir so it mixes in all the way.
07 - Toss mozzarella and cream cheese into a big microwave bowl. Zap in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, giving it a stir after each round, till smooth and melted together.
08 - Grab a medium bowl and use a whisk to mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt together well.
09 - Crank your oven up to 200°C. Get a baking tray lined with parchment ready to go.

01 - When the dough feels sticky, just wet your hands a bit before shaping. Makes things way easier.
