Keto Beef Cabbage One Pan (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 200 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
02 - 1 bell pepper, diced
03 - 450 grams ground beef
04 - 1 yellow onion, diced
05 - 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
06 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
07 - 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
08 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 400 grams diced tomatoes, canned
10 - 1 small cabbage, core removed and cut up

# How to Make It:

01 - Scatter the cheddar cheese on top and put the lid back on. Give it a few minutes so the cheese melts. Dish it up hot. If you’re not doing keto, you can toss some rice on the side.
02 - Dump in the cabbage pieces, diced tomatoes, smoked paprika, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix really well. Pop the lid on and let everything hang out for around 20–25 minutes, stirring now and then, till the cabbage is nice and soft.
03 - Toss the chopped onion and bell pepper into the skillet. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes so they start to soften up a bit.
04 - Set a large skillet on medium and start cooking your ground beef. Break it up as you go. Once it’s all brown, pour off the extra fat but leave just enough for taste.

# Additional Tips:

01 - No Creole seasoning? No worries. Just use some salt and your favorite spices.
02 - Want to save time? Grab pre-chopped bell pepper and onion at the store.
