Paloma Mocktails Juicy (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - Salt or Tajin for glass rim (can skip if you want)
02 - 120 ml club soda or grapefruit soda (optional)
03 - Pinch of sea salt
04 - 1 ml (¼ teaspoon) apple cider vinegar or swap in zero-proof tequila
05 - 15 ml maple syrup or any sweetener you like
06 - 30 ml lime juice, squeezed fresh
07 - 60 ml grapefruit juice, squeezed fresh

# How to Make It:

01 - Pour your drink over ice in your glass. Top it up with plain or grapefruit soda if you want. Throw on a garnish and enjoy right away.
02 - Toss in a few ice cubes. Pop the lid on tight, then shake hard for about 15 seconds until it feels cold to the touch and everything’s mixed well.
03 - Mix up the grapefruit juice, lime juice, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of sea salt in your shaker or any jar that closes tight.
04 - Put some salt or Tajin on a plate. Rub a lime or grapefruit around the rim of your glass, then press the damp edge right into the salt or Tajin to coat it.

# Additional Tips:

01 - You can swap maple syrup with honey, classic simple syrup, or even monkfruit or Stevia if you’re cutting sugar.
02 - Try apple cider vinegar for a tangy twist or use alcohol-free tequila for an old-school feel.
03 - Add bubbles with grapefruit soda, plain sparkling water, or even lime soda for a fun touch.
