# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a medium bowl, mix Parmesan, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, parsley, garlic, green onions, salt, and black pepper until evenly combined.
02 - Add ground chicken to the bowl and gently fold to evenly distribute the ingredients without overmixing.
03 - Form the mixture into four equal patties. Place them on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes to enhance flavor melding and firmness.
04 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear each patty for 4 to 6 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden brown.
05 - Top each patty with 22 milliliters marinara sauce and a slice of mozzarella cheese.
06 - Place patties under a high broiler for 1 to 2 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles. Remove carefully from oven.
07 - Spread 15 milliliters pesto on the top bun's cut side. Layer spinach or arugula on the bottom bun, then add the patty. Optionally, spread extra marinara sauce on the patty before topping with the pesto-covered bun. Serve immediately.
