Hot Honey Garlic Lil Smokies (Printable Version)

Sweet and spicy glazed sausages with garlic and honey, ideal for appetizers or snacks.

# Ingredients Required:

→ Sausages

01 - 400 g beef or pork Lil Smokies

→ Sauce and Seasoning

02 - 15 ml olive oil
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 80 ml honey
05 - 30 ml hot sauce (e.g. sriracha or Frank’s Red Hot)
06 - 15 ml soy sauce
07 - 0.5 g red pepper flakes (optional)

→ Garnish

08 - Chopped parsley or green onions

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
02 - Add the Lil Smokies to the skillet and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and heated through.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, and soy sauce. Pour the mixture over the sausages and stir to coat evenly.
04 - Allow the sausages to simmer in the sauce for 3 to 5 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly.
05 - Remove from heat, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and chopped parsley or green onions if desired. Serve warm with toothpicks.
