02 - 15 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
03 - 2 teaspoons On Everything All-Purpose Blend
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
05 - 1 teaspoon sea salt

→ Homemade Hot Honey Sauce

06 - 85 grams unsalted butter
07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 240 milliliters organic raw honey
09 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
10 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
11 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
12 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
13 - ½ teaspoon chili powder
14 - Pinch of sea salt

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a large bowl, combine cleaned chicken breasts with olive oil, sea salt, On Everything All-Purpose Blend, and smoked paprika. Mix thoroughly until chicken is evenly coated.
02 - Place seasoned chicken breasts on a cutting board and create 1-inch apart shallow slits across each breast to enhance flavor absorption.
03 - For best results, transfer chicken to a sealed bag and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight. Before cooking, let sit at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
04 - In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in honey, cayenne pepper, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and salt. Cook while stirring until sauce thickens and smooth. Remove from heat.
05 - Preheat oven to 204°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange chicken breasts side by side, leaving space between. Spoon half of the hot honey sauce over each breast.
06 - Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden, crispy, and fully cooked through. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then spoon remaining sauce over the chicken. Serve immediately with preferred sides such as salad, pasta, or rice.
