Honey Lime Peach Bowl (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Dressing and Garnish

01 - 1–2 teaspoons honey
02 - Juice squeezed from half a lime
03 - 6 large basil leaves, cut into skinny strips

→ Fresh Fruits

04 - Seeds from a medium pomegranate
05 - 115 grams blueberries
06 - 250 grams blackberries
07 - 4 big firm peaches, ripe, cut into slices

# How to Make It:

01 - Spoon the fruit mix into bowls or put it all on a pretty platter. Eat right away to keep things fresh and bright.
02 - Pour honey on top of the fruit, then add lime juice. Scatter in all your basil strips. Grab tongs or a big spoon and gently mix everything so all the fruit gets a bit of the dressing.
03 - Find a big bowl and toss in all the peach slices, blueberries, blackberries, and pomegranate seeds.
04 - Wash the peaches, blueberries, blackberries, and basil really well. Cut those peaches into wedges and slice up the basil. Pop those pomegranate seeds out.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Toss in the basil right before serving so it stays nice and green.
02 - Want to make this early? It's cool to prep everything a day before, just add basil at the end and keep it covered in your fridge.
03 - This fruit mix keeps well in a sealed container in the fridge for two to four days.
