# Ingredients Required:

01 - 450 grams large shrimp, peeled and deveined

02 - 60 milliliters honey
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 30 milliliters soy sauce
05 - 15 milliliters olive oil
06 - 5 grams cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

→ Seasoning

07 - Salt and black pepper to taste

→ Garnish

08 - 2 green onions, sliced
09 - Sesame seeds (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
02 - Combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil in a bowl. Stir in cornstarch if a thicker sauce is desired.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
04 - Add shrimp in a single layer to the skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes until shrimp begin to turn pink.
05 - Pour the honey garlic mixture over shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
06 - Reduce heat and let shrimp simmer in sauce for 3-5 minutes until cooked through and sauce thickens.
07 - Remove from heat. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if using. Serve immediately while warm.
