# Ingredients Required:

→ Chicken

01 - 450 g boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
03 - 1 red onion, cut into chunks

→ Marinade & Glaze

04 - 60 ml honey
05 - 3 garlic cloves, freshly minced
06 - 45 ml soy sauce
07 - 30 ml olive oil
08 - 15 ml lemon juice
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

10 - Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well blended to create the glaze.
02 - Cut chicken into uniform bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl, add half the marinade, and marinate for at least 20 minutes to infuse flavor.
03 - Cut bell pepper and red onion into chunks of similar size to ensure even cooking with the chicken.
04 - Thread marinated chicken and vegetables alternately onto soaked wooden skewers to create a colorful pattern.
05 - Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat. Grill kabobs for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with remaining marinade until chicken is cooked and edges caramelize.
06 - Remove kabobs from grill and allow to rest for a few minutes so juices redistribute before serving.
