04 - 355 ml beer (light beer recommended)
05 - 75 ml honey
06 - 45-60 ml melted butter, divided

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C. Lightly spray a 23x13 cm loaf pan and set aside.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and kosher salt until evenly mixed.
03 - Add the beer and honey to the dry ingredients and stir gently until no streaks of flour remain, ensuring a homogenous batter.
04 - Pour half of the melted butter into the prepared loaf pan and tilt to coat the bottom evenly.
05 - Pour the batter into the loaf pan, spreading it evenly, then brush the remaining melted butter over the top of the batter to ensure a golden crust.
06 - Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
07 - Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 5 to 7 minutes, then carefully remove and place on a wire rack to cool completely.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Select a lighter beer for a milder flavor profile. Best served warm with additional butter or honey.
