# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 163°C (325°F) to warm while preparing the ingredients.
02 - In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crisp. Use a slotted spoon to remove the bacon and transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate.
03 - Leave 15 to 30 milliliters (1-2 tablespoons) of bacon fat in the pan. Add diced onion and green bell pepper and cook for approximately 5 minutes until softened. Incorporate minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
04 - Pour in the beer and bring the mixture to a boil. Continue cooking until about half of the beer evaporates, roughly 4 to 5 minutes.
05 - Stir in barbecue sauce, molasses, and brown sugar until well combined. Add ground ginger and dried mustard and mix thoroughly.
06 - Incorporate the drained pork and baked beans, stirring gently to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
07 - Transfer the bean mixture to a 33 x 23 cm (13 x 9 inch) baking dish. Sprinkle the cooked bacon evenly on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Reserve a small amount of bacon fat for sautéing to enhance flavor and avoid adding extra oil.
