# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Melt unsalted butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion, carrots, and celery; cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently until softened.
02 - Incorporate minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
03 - Sprinkle smoked paprika and flour over vegetables. Cook for 1 minute, stirring continuously to coat and cook out raw flour taste.
