Healthy Honey Mustard Wrap (Printable Version)

# Ingredients Required:

01 - 4 large burrito-sized tortillas
02 - 10-12 frozen chicken tenders
03 - 8 slices thin provolone cheese
04 - 4 cooked bacon slices, crumbled

→ Vegetables

05 - 2-3 cups shredded green leaf lettuce
06 - 120 ml (½ cup) thinly sliced carrots
07 - 1 small cucumber, cubed
08 - Dill pickle slices, to taste
09 - Chopped scallions, to garnish

→ Dressing

10 - 45 ml (3 tablespoons) plain Greek yogurt
11 - 45 ml (3 tablespoons) mayonnaise
12 - 15 ml (1 tablespoon) Dijon mustard
13 - 30 ml (2 tablespoons) honey
14 - 15 ml (1 tablespoon) apple cider vinegar
15 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
16 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
17 - 1 teaspoon hot sauce or sriracha (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and hot sauce if using until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
02 - Cook the chicken tenders following package instructions. For air frying, set the air fryer to 190°C and cook for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through to ensure even crisping.
03 - In a medium bowl, mix shredded lettuce, sliced carrots, and cubed cucumber. Toss with half of the prepared dressing to coat evenly.
04 - Lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of honey mustard dressing over it. Arrange two slices of provolone cheese and crumbled bacon on top. Add a portion of the dressed salad, 2-3 cooked chicken tenders, several dill pickle slices, and sprinkle with chopped scallions. Drizzle additional dressing if desired, then roll tightly to enclose.
