Pineapple Hawaiian Chicken (Printable Version)

→ Main Ingredients

09 - 2 cups pineapple pieces
10 - 1 red onion, sliced thin
11 - 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
12 - 2 lbs chicken breast, diced

# How to Make It:

01 - Once it’s baked, toss green onions and sesame on top then heap it over rice.
02 - Pop the tray in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until the chicken’s nice and done and veggies are soft.
03 - Dump everything on your lined baking pan and spread it out flat.
04 - Drench the chicken and veggies with the sauce and mix it up so it’s all covered.
05 - Grab a small bowl and mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, pepper, and salt together.
06 - Throw the pineapple, onion, chicken, and bell pepper into a big bowl.
07 - Crank the oven up to 400°F (200°C) and put parchment or a little oil on a baking tray.
