Preheat oven to 200°C. Toss diced sweet potatoes with 15 ml olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 40 to 45 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

Heat remaining 15 ml olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until softened. Add ground beef and taco seasoning, cook until beef is browned and cooked through.

Divide roasted sweet potatoes among four serving bowls. Top with cooked ground beef, sliced avocado, and cottage cheese.

Drizzle each bowl with hot honey. Optionally garnish with chopped cilantro, red pepper flakes, or a lime wedge.
