# How to Make It:

01 - Turn the oven on to 350°F or 175°C. Grease a 9x13 dish all over so nothing sticks.
02 - Warm a large skillet on medium. Brown the beef, breaking it up until there's no pink left. Drain extra fat.
03 - Put the cooked beef in a big bowl. Stir in cream of mushroom and cheddar cheese soups until the beef is nicely mixed.
04 - Mix in the frozen potato cubes and half of the shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until everything's coated well.
05 - Spread the whole beef and potato mix evenly in the greased dish. Press down lightly to layer.
06 - Scatter the rest of the cheddar cheese over the top evenly.
07 - Wrap the dish tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
08 - Take off the foil and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
09 - Give it a few minutes out of the oven before serving to help it set.

# Additional Tips:

01 - You can swap beef with ground turkey or chicken if you like.
02 - This meal doubles easily for more people or to freeze extra.
03 - Taste and adjust salt before baking since potatoes can dull flavors.
