→ Vegetables

06 - 150 g fresh broccoli florets

→ Creamy Garlic Sauce

07 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
08 - 120 ml Greek yogurt or sour cream
09 - 15 ml lemon juice
10 - Pinch of salt
11 - Pinch of black pepper
12 - Optional: chili flakes or sriracha for spiciness

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Trim excess fat from chicken breasts and pat dry. Rub chicken lightly with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional spices such as paprika or Italian seasoning.
02 - Heat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden with grill marks and internal temperature reaches 75°C. Rest chicken for 5 minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
03 - Steam fresh broccoli florets until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes. Alternatively, blanch in boiling water and immediately chill to maintain bright green color.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, Greek yogurt or sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Adjust garlic and lemon juice to taste.
05 - Layer grilled chicken slices over steamed broccoli in a serving bowl. Drizzle generously with creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs or chili flakes if desired.
