07 - 2 teaspoons dried oregano
08 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
09 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken, red onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly with hands. Divide into four equal portions and form large patties.
