→ Binding and Flavor

02 - 85 grams unsalted butter, melted
03 - 38 grams granulated or light/dark brown sugar
04 - 2.5 milliliters vanilla extract (optional)
05 - 1.25 milliliters ground cinnamon (optional)
06 - Pinch kosher or fine sea salt

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 163°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, sugar, salt, and cinnamon if using. Add melted butter and vanilla if using, stirring until the crumb mixture is fully coated.
03 - Evenly spread the crumb mixture on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes until lightly golden and fragrant, monitoring closely to prevent burning. The mixture will be soft when removed but will crisp upon cooling.
04 - Allow the crumble to cool to room temperature, then break into pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature, 7 days refrigerated, or 3 months frozen. Bring to room temperature before use.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Adjust sugar type and spices according to preference. Monitor baking closely to avoid burning. Crumble texture firms as it cools.
