# Ingredients Required:

01 - 227 g baby bella mushrooms, sliced
02 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced
03 - 1 yellow onion, sliced

04 - 57 g unsalted butter, divided
05 - 30 ml cooking oil, divided

06 - 340–397 g shaved beef steak

→ Seasonings

07 - ¾ tsp salt
08 - ½ tsp garlic powder
09 - ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
10 - 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

→ Bakery

11 - 5 hoagie rolls

→ Cheese

12 - 6 slices provolone cheese

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Slice mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion into thin strips.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook mushrooms for 2 to 3 minutes until tender, then transfer out of the pan.
03 - Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes until slightly softened. Remove from the pan.
04 - Add remaining butter and oil to the skillet and increase heat to medium-high. Cook the shaved beef steak until browned and cooked through.
05 - Return the cooked vegetables to the skillet with the beef. Stir in salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes to blend flavors.
06 - Place provolone slices evenly over the beef and vegetable mixture. Turn off the heat and cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt.
07 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Spread 2 tablespoons of butter on the hoagie rolls and toast in the oven until golden and crisp.
08 - Fill each toasted roll with the beef, vegetable, and melted cheese mixture. Serve immediately while hot.
