Flatten each biscuit slightly, place one cube of mozzarella cheese in the center, fold over dough, and pinch edges firmly to seal.

Combine garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Brush melted butter evenly over each biscuit bomb, then sprinkle seasoning mixture on top.

Arrange biscuit bombs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
