11 - 70 g salted butter
12 - 120 ml heavy cream
13 - 0.25 to 0.5 g salt

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C and grease a baking pan with salted butter.
02 - In a large bowl, cream together softened cream cheese and 70 g salted butter until smooth, then incorporate the whole egg and egg yolk, mixing well.
03 - Gradually add the icing sugar to the cream cheese mixture, blending until creamy.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking agents if used, then gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
05 - Gently fold the chopped pecans into the batter.
06 - Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for approximately 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
07 - Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
