Garlic Chicken Wraps (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Wraps Need These

01 - 4 large flour tortillas
02 - 20 grams grated Parmesan
03 - 60 grams shredded cheddar
04 - 110 grams shredded mozzarella
05 - 480 grams cooked chicken breast, chopped or pulled

→ Garlic Butter Stuff

06 - 1 teaspoon parsley flakes (dried)
07 - 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
08 - 45 grams unsalted butter, melted

# How to Make It:

01 - Enjoy these while they're still toasty. Pick your fave dip—ranch, warm garlic, classic marinara, or something else.
02 - Crank oven up to 190°C. Slather each wrap with the garlic butter using your brush. Put them seam-side down on some parchment on your sheet pan. Halfway through, turn them over. They get golden and crisp in around 10 to 12 minutes.
03 - Put your skillet or griddle on medium. Brush those wraps with garlic butter all over. Drop them seam-side down and cook until they’re golden and crunchy, maybe 2 to 3 minutes per side.
04 - Pop the melted butter, chopped garlic, and parsley into a little bowl. Mix quick until it all comes together.
05 - Set a tortilla on your counter. Scoop about 120 grams of the filling into the center. Fold in the sides, then roll it up tight (think burrito style). Finish rolling the rest like this.
06 - Chuck the chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan in a big bowl. Give it a good toss so it’s all mixed and a bit sticky.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Tuck your wraps in tight so the filling stays inside when you cook them.
02 - Craving heat? Sprinkle chili flakes or some black pepper into your mix.
