Gochujang Salmon Air Fryer (Printable Version)

# Ingredients Required:

→ Main

01 - 2 salmon fillets

→ Seasoning

02 - ¼ teaspoon salt
03 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

→ Sauce

04 - 2 tablespoons gochujang paste
05 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
06 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 teaspoon grated ginger
09 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine gochujang paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl. Mix thoroughly to create a uniform sauce.
02 - Lightly season both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Coat evenly with the prepared sauce and allow to marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
03 - Preheat the air fryer to 193°C (380°F). Place the marinated salmon fillets in the basket and cook for 8 minutes until cooked through and caramelized on top.
