# Guide to Cooking:

- Set the oven temperature to 204°C (400°F) to preheat.
- Remove the silver skin from the pork tenderloin and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced garlic, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, 1/4 tsp kosher salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper until well combined.
- Rub the pork tenderloin evenly with garlic powder, dried rosemary, dried thyme, dried oregano, paprika, the remaining 1/4 tsp kosher salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Brush the prepared glaze over the pork, then transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
- Remove pork from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with minced fresh parsley before serving.
