# Ingredients Required:

01 - 450 g shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Base Ingredients

02 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
03 - 30 ml olive oil
04 - 30 g unsalted butter
05 - 240 ml heavy cream
06 - 120 ml chicken or seafood broth

→ Cheese and Toppings

07 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 50 g shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 60 g breadcrumbs (optional)

→ Seasonings

10 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
11 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
12 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
13 - Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set oven temperature to 190°C.
02 - Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, then cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, combine heavy cream and broth, scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Stir in Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, and smoked paprika. Cook over medium heat until sauce thickens slightly, about 3 to 4 minutes.
04 - Place cooked shrimp evenly in a baking dish. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the shrimp. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs if using.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the topping is golden and bubbly.
06 - Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley or chives. Serve immediately, alongside rice, pasta, or crusty bread to complement the sauce.
