Chicken Meatloaves with Garlic & Parmesan (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound ground chicken
02 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan
03 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
04 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
05 - 1 big egg
06 - 1/4 cup milk
07 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
08 - 1 tsp oregano, dried
09 - 1 tsp powdered onion
10 - Salt and black pepper to your liking
11 - 1/4 cup pasta sauce
12 - 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F. Spray some oil on a muffin tin so nothing sticks.
02 - Grab a big bowl and throw in your chicken, parmesan and breadcrumbs. Add the chopped garlic, egg and milk. Gently mix in parsley, oregano, onion powder and some salt and pepper. Don't mix too much.
03 - Scoop the meat mix into the muffin cups evenly and push down lightly to form shapes.
04 - Stick them in the hot oven for about 20-25 minutes until they're brown and fully cooked.
05 - Put a bit of pasta sauce on each one, scatter mozzarella on top, and pop back in the oven for 5 more minutes till the cheese melts.
