                Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during cooking.

                In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. In a large bowl or zip-top bag, toss chicken pieces with olive oil and the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.

                Thread the seasoned chicken pieces tightly onto the soaked wooden skewers. Trim the skewers as needed to fit the air fryer basket.

                In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and minced garlic until partially melted. Whisk in red pepper flakes, hot sauce, minced parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese until combined.

                Preheat the air fryer to 204°C. Place 2-3 skewers in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.

                Remove skewers, flip them over, and baste with one third of the prepared sauce. Return to air fryer and cook for an additional 2 minutes at 204°C.

                Flip skewers again and baste with more sauce. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C. Total cooking time should be 12-14 minutes, depending on air fryer performance.

                Brush the skewers with the reserved clean sauce, sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
