# Ingredients Required:

→ Poultry

01 - 907 g chicken tenders, thighs or breast, cut into 7.5 cm pieces

→ Seasoning and marinade

02 - 30 ml olive oil
03 - 2 g paprika
04 - 1 g garlic powder
05 - 1 g onion powder
06 - 1 g salt
07 - 1 g black pepper
08 - 5 g red pepper flakes
09 - 15 ml hot sauce
10 - 10 g fresh parsley, minced

→ Sauce

11 - 113 g unsalted butter
12 - 8-10 cloves garlic, minced
13 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during cooking.
02 - In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. In a large bowl or zip-top bag, toss chicken pieces with olive oil and the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
03 - Thread the seasoned chicken pieces tightly onto the soaked wooden skewers. Trim the skewers as needed to fit the air fryer basket.
04 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and minced garlic until partially melted. Whisk in red pepper flakes, hot sauce, minced parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese until combined.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 204°C. Place 2-3 skewers in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.
06 - Remove skewers, flip them over, and baste with one third of the prepared sauce. Return to air fryer and cook for an additional 2 minutes at 204°C.
07 - Flip skewers again and baste with more sauce. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C. Total cooking time should be 12-14 minutes, depending on air fryer performance.
08 - Brush the skewers with the reserved clean sauce, sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use a meat thermometer to verify chicken has reached a safe internal temperature of 74°C. Soaking skewers prevents burning. Adjust hot sauce and red pepper flakes to taste. For best flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan.
