01 - 450 grams ground chicken
02 - 120 milliliters grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 120 milliliters breadcrumbs
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 60 milliliters milk
07 - 15 milliliters fresh parsley, chopped
08 - 5 milliliters dried oregano
09 - 5 milliliters onion powder
10 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

11 - 60 milliliters marinara sauce
12 - 60 milliliters shredded mozzarella cheese

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, beaten egg, milk, chopped parsley, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
03 - Divide the mixture into four equal portions. Shape each portion into a mini loaf and arrange them on the prepared pan.
04 - Optionally, spoon marinara sauce over each mini loaf and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
05 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 74°C and tops are golden brown.
06 - Allow the mini loaves to rest for a few minutes to retain their juices before serving.
