Preheat the oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, beaten egg, milk, chopped parsley, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Divide the mixture into four equal portions. Shape each portion into a mini loaf and arrange them on the prepared pan.

Optionally, spoon marinara sauce over each mini loaf and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 74°C and tops are golden brown.
