11 - 1½ tablespoons steak condiment.
12 - 1½ tablespoons bubbly vinegar.
13 - 1 teaspoon brown sauce.

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Get water boiling with salt. Throw in peeled potatoes cut in quarters. Let them cook for 25-30 minutes till soft. Drain water, smash them up, then stir in your butter, milk and cheese.
02 - Chop steaks into bite-sized chunks. Brush with oil then sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic.
03 - Get your pan super hot. Sear steak for about 3-3.5 minutes each side until they hit 120°F inside. Let them sit for 10 minutes.
04 - Pour beef stock into the hot pan to loosen the tasty bits stuck to the bottom. Mix in mustard, steak sauce, vinegar and brown sauce. Let it bubble for 10 minutes till it gets thicker.
