# Ingredients Required:

01 - 450 g shrimp, peeled and deveined

02 - 225 g sausage, sliced

05 - 30 ml olive oil

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Peel and devein the shrimp, optionally leaving tails intact. Slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces. Chop broccoli into small florets.
02 - Heat 15 ml olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.
03 - Add remaining 15 ml olive oil to the skillet. Sauté broccoli florets for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and black pepper, then remove and set aside.
04 - Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper. Cook in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet.
05 - Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden and fragrant.
06 - Return sausage, broccoli, and shrimp to the skillet. Pour garlic butter sauce over and toss gently to coat evenly.
07 - Plate immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon wedges if desired.
