Peel and devein the shrimp, optionally leaving tails intact. Slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces. Chop broccoli into small florets.

Heat 15 ml olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Add remaining 15 ml olive oil to the skillet. Sauté broccoli florets for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and black pepper, then remove and set aside.

Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper. Cook in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet.

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden and fragrant.

Return sausage, broccoli, and shrimp to the skillet. Pour garlic butter sauce over and toss gently to coat evenly.

Plate immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon wedges if desired.
