# Ingredients Required:

01 - 450 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 57 grams unsalted butter
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1.25 milliliters salt
05 - 1.25 milliliters black pepper

→ Rice

06 - 370 grams rice
07 - 710 milliliters chicken broth
08 - 60 milliliters soy sauce
09 - 15 milliliters sesame oil
10 - 1.25 milliliters garlic powder

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot. Add rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Stir well, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes until the rice is tender.
02 - In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp, season with salt and black pepper, and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
