Garlic Butter Brazilian Steak (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Meat

01 - 2 lbs skirt steak

→ Seasoning

02 - Salt to taste
03 - Black pepper to taste

→ Sauce

04 - 6 tsp minced garlic
05 - 6 tbsp unsalted butter

→ Garnish

06 - 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

# How to Make It:

01 - Trim skirt steak to fit skillet dimensions. Pat dry thoroughly. Season both sides evenly with salt and black pepper.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until very hot. Add a small amount of oil if desired. Sear steak for 2 to 3 minutes per side for medium-rare or adjust time to preferred doneness. Transfer cooked steak to a plate and allow to rest to retain juices.
03 - In a separate skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and stir constantly with a spatula until garlic becomes golden brown. Immediately remove from heat to prevent burning and transfer to a bowl.
04 - Slice rested steak thinly against the grain. Drizzle garlic butter over the slices. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve promptly.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Allowing steak to rest after cooking ensures maximum juiciness and tenderness.
