10 - 4 big flour tortillas

11 - ¼ cup melted unsalted butter
12 - 3 minced garlic cloves

→ Optional Topping

13 - Pickle slices

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line your baking tray with parchment or just grease it lightly.
02 - Warm olive oil in a big pan over medium-high. Crumble in beef and cook till it’s brown, about 7 to 8 minutes.
03 - Mix in Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well then take off the heat and let it cool a bit.
04 - Mix melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Stir and set aside.
05 - Spread the beef mix across each tortilla. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar on top.
06 - Tightly roll up each wrap, folding in the sides to keep filling inside. Lay them seam side down on the baking tray. Brush them well with garlic butter.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes till they’re golden and the cheese bubbles up nicely.
08 - Let the rollups cool a bit before slicing into pinwheel shapes. Add pickle slices on top if you want and serve warm.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Choose ground chuck with 15–25% fat for juicy but not greasy meat.
02 - Using unsalted butter lets you control the salt and gives a nice golden crust with that garlic taste.
