Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line your baking tray with parchment or just grease it lightly.

Warm olive oil in a big pan over medium-high. Crumble in beef and cook till it’s brown, about 7 to 8 minutes.

Mix in Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well then take off the heat and let it cool a bit.

Mix melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Stir and set aside.

Spread the beef mix across each tortilla. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar on top.

Tightly roll up each wrap, folding in the sides to keep filling inside. Lay them seam side down on the baking tray. Brush them well with garlic butter.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes till they’re golden and the cheese bubbles up nicely.

Let the rollups cool a bit before slicing into pinwheel shapes. Add pickle slices on top if you want and serve warm.
