# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Cut beef chuck roast into 2.5 cm cubes and place in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine minced garlic, salt, pepper, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over beef cubes and toss to coat evenly.
02 - Place halved baby potatoes evenly on the bottom of the slow cooker.
03 - Layer seasoned beef cubes on top of the potatoes in the slow cooker.
04 - Melt unsalted butter over low heat in a small saucepan. Pour melted butter over beef and potatoes in the slow cooker.
05 - Pour beef broth into the slow cooker, ensuring ingredients are mostly submerged. Cover with lid and cook on low heat for 6 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are fork-tender.
06 - Once cooking is complete, garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For enhanced flavor, sear beef cubes in a skillet before slow cooking. To thicken sauce, whisk in a slurry of 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
