Garlic Butter Baked Lobster (Printable Version)

# Ingredients Required:

→ Lobster Tails

01 - 4 lobster tails (113–170 g each)

→ Garlic Butter Mixture

02 - 57 g unsalted butter (melted)
03 - 3 cloves garlic (minced)
04 - 15 ml lemon juice
05 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
06 - 1 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

10 - Lemon wedges

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 - Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise to the base. Gently lift the meat and position it on top of the shell.
03 - Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Brush this mixture evenly over the lobster meat.
04 - Place the prepared tails on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm to the touch.
05 - Broil the lobster tails for 1–2 minutes until the tops turn golden brown.
06 - Brush with additional melted butter, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve alongside lemon wedges.
