Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise to the base. Gently lift the meat and position it on top of the shell.

Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Brush this mixture evenly over the lobster meat.

Place the prepared tails on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm to the touch.

Broil the lobster tails for 1–2 minutes until the tops turn golden brown.

Brush with additional melted butter, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve alongside lemon wedges.
