05 - 2 tablespoons butter for the pan
06 - 3 tablespoons milk
07 - 2 big eggs
08 - 4 ounces soft cream cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - Move the hot sandwiches onto a paper towel to soak up any extra butter. Shake on some powdered sugar before diving in.
02 - Melt a tablespoon of butter in a big skillet over medium. Fry your sandwiches for about 2 or 3 minutes on each side till they turn crisp and golden.
03 - Dunk your sandwiches in the egg and milk mix. Make sure to cover every part really well.
04 - Crack eggs and pour milk into a dish that's not too deep. Whisk together so it's all one color.
05 - Get four bread slices and slather the cream cheese stuff on top. Add some strawberry slices and a bit of jam. Put another slice of bread on each one to close them up.
06 - Mix your soft cream cheese and powdered sugar in a small bowl until it looks super smooth.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Toss in some chopped nuts like almonds or pecans with the cream cheese if you want a little crunch.
02 - Stash extras in the fridge for up to 2 days or in the freezer a month, then heat in a pan or oven when you want to eat them again.
03 - Not a fan of strawberry jam? Try raspberry or apricot instead.
