# Ingredients Required:

01 - 340 g Doritos, any flavor, family-size bag

→ Cheese

02 - 8 mozzarella cheese sticks, halved into 16 pieces

→ Breading

03 - 120 g all-purpose flour
04 - 3 large eggs, beaten
05 - 100 g panko breadcrumbs
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
07 - 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
08 - 1/4 tsp crushed red chili flakes (optional)

→ Frying

09 - 960 ml vegetable oil

→ Dipping Sauce

10 - 240 ml marinara or ranch dressing (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 175°C. Line a plate with paper towels to drain fried items.
02 - Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in a second bowl, and combine panko breadcrumbs with optional seasonings (garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes) in a third bowl.
03 - Halve the mozzarella sticks and sandwich one piece of cheese between two Doritos, pressing gently to adhere.
04 - Dredge each stuffed chip in flour, dip into beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with panko mixture. Repeat egg and panko dip for an extra thick crust.
05 - Arrange coated pieces on a tray and chill in the freezer for 10 minutes to prevent cheese leakage during frying.
06 - Fry in small batches for 1 to 2 minutes per side, until golden and crisp. Avoid overcrowding the pot. Drain briefly on paper towels.
07 - Optionally sprinkle with crushed Doritos and serve hot alongside marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
