# Ingredients Required:

→ Meat and Seasoning

01 - 454 g ground pork
02 - 1 packet French onion soup mix
03 - 15 ml tomato ketchup
04 - 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
05 - 5 ml Dijon mustard
06 - Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

→ Pastry and Finish

07 - 2 sheets thawed puff pastry
08 - 1 whole egg
09 - 15 ml milk

→ Optional Additions

10 - Cheddar or mozzarella cheese
11 - Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley)
12 - Chili flakes

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix ground pork, French onion soup mix, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and freshly cracked black pepper until evenly combined.
03 - Roll out puff pastry sheets and slice each sheet in half lengthwise. Place a portion of the filling along one edge of each strip, then roll the pastry over the filling and seal the edges using water or egg wash.
04 - Beat the egg with milk and brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls to achieve a golden, glossy finish.
05 - Place the assembled rolls on the prepared tray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
06 - Let the rolls rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm, optionally with dips or sides.
