# Ingredients Required:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
02 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
03 - Salt and pepper, add as you like
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
06 - 1 large onion, sliced thin
07 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped up
08 - 1 lb ground beef (85% lean)

→ Assembly

09 - A handful of parsley, chopped (if you want to top)
10 - 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded up
11 - 4 burger buns

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Pile lots of the beefy onion mix onto each bottom bun. Toss on some Swiss cheese, pop on the top bun, and shower with parsley if you feel like it.
02 - Let the buns get toasty and golden while the meat mix cooks.
03 - Dump in soy sauce, Worcestershire, thyme, salt, and pepper. Let it all hang out on the stove for 5 minutes to let the flavors get cozy. Make sure you get rid of any extra fat first.
04 - Throw in your ground beef with the onions and garlic. Grab your spatula and break it apart. Cook it all the way through until there’s no pink left.
05 - Once your onions look right, mix in the garlic and cook for just a minute or so until you can really smell it.
06 - Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium heat. Toss in the onions and keep stirring every now and then. Let them cook 10-12 minutes until they go brown and sweet.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Letting onions cook slowly makes them sweeter and really boosts the taste.
