# Ingredients Required:

01 - 350 g French baguette, sliced into 12 mm thick pieces

→ Dairy

02 - 240 ml fresh ricotta cheese

03 - 6 ripe figs, quartered

04 - 30 ml raw honey
05 - 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
06 - 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
07 - Pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set the oven to 200°C. Slice the baguette into 12 mm thick pieces and arrange them evenly on a baking sheet.
02 - Drizzle each slice with olive oil. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and crisp.
03 - In a bowl, combine the ricotta with salt and cracked black pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
04 - Allow the toasted bread to cool slightly. Spread a generous dollop of ricotta on each slice, top with fig quarters, then drizzle with honey.
